paycheck 扣同样数量，ESPP 和 后门Roth 选择哪一个？

税后钱买优惠10% 的本公司股票，然后卖了买指数，这个需要交税，除非股票降10% 以上，对吗？

那如果公司提供税后钱投Roth ira的后门，直接买指数，难道不是更直接了当？

离退休年龄近的话是不是应该选后者呢？特别是Roth的话取时也不交税？
