Nonesense. As a professional landlord, you need to repaint the

walls for new tenant, which will take care of the peelings from the wall. By charging a tenant for such normal wear and tear, you are just inviting lawsuits. You will end up paying the tenant at the court.I have personal experiences. If you have to go to court for the normal wear and tear, you will lose 100% as a landlord. You will end up paying at $500 court fee plus compensation for the tenant's time.
