在拉斯维加斯买房，要离 Martin Luther King Blvd, E Cheyenne Ave., E Craig Rd 远一些。 最好的地区是 Henderson, Summerlin, Green Valley (China Town), South Height， 按照我所买到的房子得质量(现价是四五万，历史平均价是高于 $110,000, 不是黑人区。 黑人区是以 Martin Luther King 为中心)，同样的的法拍屋，如果是在上述最佳区，则是要七至八万现金。数年后，都应该看涨，只是在那些最好区买的房, Hold 现金太多。出售时，不会那么快。
