请教怎么更改Trust 里的assets?

好多年前找律师办了trust, will, power of attorney 三件套。 当中有一张名下的所有assets 清单，这么多年，很多账户、房产有变化，当初律师的意思是自己加上去。真的是不需要通过律师，自己加个空白纸、列出新的财产吗？
