定了，Alewife周围两英里

回家和太太商量了一下，她提醒我忘了算现在自住房上还有不少equity。大致估算了一下，值五十万，还有20万贷款。这样应该能淘出来25万。另外，老二明年从纽约毕业后不可能回来找工作，是该我们考虑退休的后路了。

让老大开始帮我们先看起来。上次老大就说离近点好。Alewife周围两英里，便宜点往外延，贵点往波士顿方向，80万到100万预算，2b2b最好，1200sqf上下的condo，退休了不用扫雪割草。。。明年后年能买成就好。
