如何参与泡沫甚至享受泡沫而不被溺毙？

分散投资

-- 分散到房子， 特别是刚需的房子，租金补充现金流；

-- 分散到生意，拿资本置换现金流；

-- 分散到国内，鞭长莫及，会保留一个蓄水池

-- 分散到股市，泡沫来了，不至于被落下

我多么希望在2000年就怎么做了。
