再问：Malden是好区吗？

你们这么一说，还真要考虑房子上少花点钱了呢。老人家不在乎学区，只要够安全就好。看房价，Malden同样大小的condo比我家孩子住的town便宜20%。Malden有地铁，就是要换线。不算一碗汤的距离，但能算一小时地铁距离。。。。
