退休了准备搬波士顿，这个budget可以吗？

主要是考虑离孩子近点，走路的距离。现款买房子，1M左右，condo。过日子就靠两人的SS，每月大约6000。退休账户里有大约50万作应急用。65退休，有medicare。

知道Boston生活贵，每月6000，心里没底儿。气候不在乎，纽约上州和波士顿应该差不多。
