谈谈用 Dual Agent 的坏处

大家都清楚用 Listing Agent 作为自己的buyer agent 去买foreclosure 或者 short sale 房子的好处。 但是，可能也有一些坏处， 比如，

他/她有 intertest conflict. 我怕他们不会说实话，会把坏的也说成好的。关于这一点，买方一定要做足功课。

我是第一次买投资房，今天就试着找了listing agent, 她问我是buyer or agent, 我说是buyer, 她就很热情了，寄来不少东西给我，她告诉我不少信息。现在我就不知道，她如果同时是我的buyer agent，还会有什么坏处？

各位大侠，分享一下你们的经验，可以吗？
