回复：Some listing agents will not disclose offers made

Regarding to your comments "What's your best offer so far (sometime listing agent will say or post thier web site)",my experience was, some agents will not disclose.

When I bought my house in 2008, I actually used the listing agent as my buyer-agent. I submitted an offer one day before the cut-off date. Prior to submitting the offer, I asked her how much I should offer in order to win. She wouldn't tell me the best offer she had received by then. All she said was, submit your best and final offer.
