魔都某些非学区房跌的有点狠了。

几年前我家卖掉的学区房（环线内）的附近小区。这两个月跌了 25% 多。 记得买我家房子是一家是新上海人，有个小小娃，当时我还让我妈转送了写英文读物啥的。听到说学区房暂时还能 hold 住跌幅。

今天A股 N种股跌停了。。
