我一直有个关于湾区的疑问

不太好意思问湾区朋友。就是花两三百万买个两千尺的房子这个大家都理解，湾区房子贵嘛；但是都花了两三百万了，为啥不再花个几十万把房子翻一下。感觉我网上点进一些湾区房子，小是预计中的，但里面的装修或者老式，或者新式但一看材料很普通的。我觉得两千尺的房子，花个三十万可以装修得挺不错了吧？
