small value stocks。

但近二十年，both small and value are under performing, so with the principle of reversing to the mean, should the small value be shining again?

投这个sector应该是用ETF或mutual fund的，否则太危险，有推荐的吗？我现在收集到的是VBR， ISCV和AVUV，懂的能说说吗？
