刚才请contractor来看，他说我们本来builder的牌子（我在办公室，暂时不知道是啥牌子）不错，换同一牌子加安装费总共$5000，parts 大概$2000。他说明天才能换，所以又有问题了，今晚温度最低-1F， 怎么防止今晚水管冻裂？
