急问，请教有经验的房东

出租房用的是electirc a/c。碰到超低温，heat pump不工作，好像是自动启动了紧急模式。室内温度昨天57现在55，找了修空调的，人家说这种低温情况紧急模式是正常的，他做不了什么。昨天送了三个油汀过去，但租户还是在抱怨，说要生病了。请问各位大佬这种情况该做点什么？难道要换空调？
