什么限制？我好像就是auto in plan Roth conversion

而且convert to Roth, 并不是convert to Roth 401K. 我在把after taxconvert to Roth 后，这－部分可以自己随时roll over到自己的Roth IRA里。Roth 401K是不能roll over的, 除非quit job.
