去年给孩子买车买房的钱需要报税时特别申报吗？

去年拿4万多现金给孩子买了一辆新车， 需要报税的时候申报吗？如果要，应该怎么做？

今后也打算给孩子付买房的downpayment, 报税时需要特别做什么吗？请懂的网友指教一下。先谢谢啦
