真心请教：什么时候选择买进，选择什么样的ETF?

各位大佬：

如果有一笔钱在短期t bill 明年上半年陆陆续到期，要转入股票的ETF。

如何买入？

定投，还是等待pull back?

如果没有pull back , 而一骑绝尘，要追吗？

是投VOO, QQQ或者VGT或者60/20/20？

这笔钱是可以长期不卖的（就是退休也不会动用）。
