我休斯顿投资房的几个例子（一）

看大家对休斯顿出租房有点兴趣，我在这就讲讲我的几个例子

我2016年初到休斯顿，2016年8月买自住房，725k买的1962年的旧房子，前房主1996年126K买的，由于位置较好地也挺大（17000平尺），所以我买时地本身就涨到了70万左右。2018年房子推倒重盖。

安顿下来以后就琢磨买投资房，第一次买是2017年2-4月，从一个埃及老地主（他2002年换心脏、2016年出现不良反应所以要卖房子；2018年不幸离世）手里共买8个townhouses，投资1.01米，买后出租很顺利，当时租金每月$11500，现在租金每月$12850。现在房子市场价1.7米

现在主要开销: 税：32000/年，保险：12000，HOA：6500/年，修理：10K/年

房客质量不错，80%白人20%西班牙人。每月除了一户三号交房租外其他都是一号交。
