太不一样了，虽然都是税后，

pre-tax 和 罗斯401的个人总额是我给出的两万多那个数，但是after tax的贡献是两万多以外的，雇主和after tax的贡献总额就是我上面给的六万多和两万多的delta.  我上面的建议是假设delta is greater than the employer's contribution.
