是不是取消escrow更方便？

我有十几个loan有escrow, 本来是图方便，不会迟交，但最近两年mortgage transfer 很多，经常出问题，escrow 收不到insurance renewal notice, insurance 不知道新lender地址。

想请教一下大家，是不是干脆自己交更方便？比如尽量把insurance 调到同一时间renew。 property tax本来就是同一时间。
