总资产终于回到了2021年底

2021年底是个全面狂欢的日子，去年底一片肃杀之气，没人晒账本了。

俺翻出了2021年底的帖子：

2021年底总资产（networth）4.7米，去年底跌倒了4.0米。今年把去年的损失(401K 和个人投资账户）基本补回来了，目前正好5.0米，包括：

401K等retirement = 2.0米

股票、基金等个人投资账户 = 1.6米

房产 = 1.4米。

感谢这两年房产升值涨了有半米，不过这个通货膨胀下来，要想退休是不是需要8个米，原先的设想是401K+投资4个米就可以了。

坐标中西部中等城市。旅美25+年了。
