有这个问题的原因是

一般而言大家喜欢把 rental income 当稳定的 cash 收入 （平衡 stock 的起伏不稳定）， 那 pension 已经是稳定的 cash 收入了， 还有必要 保持 rentals, along with a lot of headaches?
