Questions for you

Hi. I have a 4-plex with 3 very old HVAC. I am thinking about replacing them with window air conditioners for each room and living room. Since you have done this, a few questions:

1. What kind of window AC did you use? Should have both heating and cooling function, right? Any brand name or model number you can suggest?

2. What is the average cost to replace with window AC for a 2 bed/1.5 bath apt. (on the same floor, not townhouse)?

3. Did your rent cover the electricity or the tenants pay it? What is the average cost each month? I know AZ is very hot. just want to get an idea.

Thank you very much for your time. It is really expensive for me to replace 3 HVAC system.
