铺水泥需要一次搞定吗

造游泳池，pool builder给造3 ft concrete around the pool, 再多铺水泥就要加钱，$15/sq ft. Spray texture on concrete需要$5/sqft.

这价格贵吗？

如果让pool builder就铺3 ft, 然后找别的concrete contractor来铺sitting area，前后不是一块slab，会有问题吗？
