大地主帮我看看，我昨天的open house 哪里做错了？

现在的房客要月底搬走， 我在craiglist 打了一周的广告， 有十几个电话进来，我约了他们晚上6点来一同看房。 结果来了7户人家， 领着每家分别参观了一圈。 临走时我发了一份申请表给他们， 表格后面我有列了几个我要求看的supporting document.
1.recent pay stub
2. bank statement
3. 2008 W-2
4. recent credit report (if any)

我告诉他们我会要求看以上材料。 如果材料符合要求，我再接受他们的申请表和$25/pp 的credit report fee. 不然的话，我也不用收他们的表和钱了。 有兴趣的人请给我打电话。
