4 unit apartment building,each unit has 2 bedrooms,学区一般,属于低收入环境。short sale,listing price is $189,900,我打算downpay 25% ($47475),closing cost $6000, mortgage $1170, tax $350,还不知道每月INSURANCE 多少,每个UNIT租金$670,现有3个UNIT有住户, 这个房子可以考虑不?谢谢。
