4 unit apartment building，each unit has 2 bedrooms,学区一般，属于低收入环境。short sale,listing price is $189,900,我打算downpay 25% ($47475)，closing cost $6000, mortgage $1170, tax $350,还不知道每月INSURANCE 多少，每个UNIT租金$670，现有3个UNIT有住户， 这个房子可以考虑不？谢谢。
