再问一下back door

Fidelity 有个roll over . 不想转回401K， 只能买几个mutual fund 太受限至。也不想concert to Roth . 交不起稅 那么我能在Charles Schwab 再开一个roll over IRA 做back door 吗？ 我猜是不行的。记得有人问过。 我也是好几年浪费了after tax contribution , 然后in plan conversion 还是在这里看到学习了。才做了一年 结果换工作了，现在公司根本没有这个选项。 换之前关于这个福利问都没问。 没想到有的公司没有。之前公司都有，又错过了。
