请教租客是军人,要early terminate lease, 能按照lease

收取early termination fee 吗？

租约是一年，租客在4个月前搬进来，签的租约上明确写明，early termination needs to pay 2 month of rent. 租客突然要被派到国外（韩国), 这种情况请问各位地主遇到过吗？
