退休前买自住房，听听大家意见

我们打算五六年后退休，几年前搬家后一直没买房，现在考虑有合适的就买,也不急。如果利率一直这么高，那就全用现金。现在的asset 全在401k, IRA, brokerage account. 请问这个年纪（mid-50) 自住房占总资产比例多少合适？SFH还是TH好？谢谢。
