感恩节快乐！请教怎么判断heater是什么毛病

感恩节快乐！
 
请教，我家的spa 出了问题，热水器不工作了。不知道是啥原因， 已经找了至少三个人修理，都没修好，至今都不知道啥毛病。请帮我看看。
 
这个spa是in ground. 热水器是2018，5 月生产，model 是 461059. 是Pentair 125.
 
The service heater light turned on as soon as the heater is started。
 
after shutting off the heater from the electric panel and then started the heater, sometimes it would work for a very short time and the service heater light turned on again and sometimes it would not work。
