Be careful!

We have a similar experience. When we want to renew the property insurance for one properties, we were be declined by the previous insurance company. The reason is too many claims related to that property. Later we found out that the tenants filed 2 claims to their renter insurance in last two years for rotten food in their refrigerator due to power outages (only $200 and $400 for each time). We tried to quote from another insurance company, the quote is over $2100 compared to previous $600 per year.
