买特斯拉全款还是贷款？

之前因为预计家里近期没有大宗支出，就把绝大部分现金买了Tbill, 有几万要2024年1月初到期。最近家里有一辆车突然寿终正寝，决定换成特斯拉，但是全款付有些不够。特斯拉贷款利息是6.69%，我的Tbill rate是5.4%。现在纠结以下几个方案，求建议。

1. 先办贷款，1月初Tbill卖出之后全款付清（不知道提前还清有没有罚款？）

2. 现在提前把Tbill卖出，全款付清 (Tbill可以没有到期之前卖出吗？除了利息还有什么损失？)

3. 全车贷款，1月初Tbill到期后继续购入Tbill或者投入股市定投大盘指数（当然这样做的前提是Tbill利率或者大盘收益高于6.69%，估计够呛）

4. 还有其它更好的建议吗？
