Evict 程序 我的lease上写明 waive 5 days notice . 但刚才我还是让警察

送去了5 days notice . 
我现在有些后悔。应该直接set up court day.  是不是呀？这样一给5 days notice , 她就有了更多的时间免费住。 另外， 这样一走evict程序 她欠我的水费是不是就无法要回来了？
