昨天走路时听一个大咖演讲，主要核心是选择比努力更重要

我非常赞同，我家那位几乎不选择，走到哪儿算哪儿，希望被开了再找下家，

可是他勤勤恳恳工作，不计报酬，与人无害，与事有利，这地方又是穷乡僻壤，

谁会来呀，老板舍不得开，在哪儿也找不到这么物美价廉的人呢，他就这么混着。

这儿也就罢了连个银行也不肯换，我们原来呆的小城（4万人）用了一个local 银行，离开十几年不肯关了，

我说关了至少在本地开个银行，他不干，嫌麻烦，你说气人不？这点小事也不肯拐弯。

别人总问我为什么他还不离开这里，我说不知道，你问他。
