波大在吗，再请教一下fire department report

前不久我那个遭火灾的condo收到fire department的incident report，里面investigation type 填的是intentional act. 实际情况是租客的四岁小男孩在二楼closet玩打火机，当时租客在楼下厨房做饭。租客当时应该也是这么和消防员说的，这种起火原因归为故意纵火是不是错了？保险公司会不会因为这个report上写的intention act拒赔？我如果自己去消防局或者让租客去消防局，可能让改成unintentional 吗？
