好像有人用我的房子在CRAIGLIST上登虚假广告。房租是我LIST的1/2

今天有两个莫名其妙的人来看房子。正好我的contractor在干活。跟我汇报了以下情况。

问题

1）我该咋办呀

2）他登了虚假广告，对他有啥好处呀？
