2022年一颗树砍花$4k, accounting wise 那个rental就不挣钱了

Bought at $350k cash, rented about $2k/month, amortization (depreciation) calculated by Turbotax $10k/yr, property tax/insurance $4-5k, some maintenanance cost. 

Split trunck pinetree (~ 12" in diameter, ~3-4 story tall), probably over 80 yr old, it is dying so I inquired two tree service companies for quote and picked a cheaper one.
