现在是不是好时候把短期国债转成长期的了？

国债利率上涨，从年底开始买的短期国债收益还是不错的。很多人说利率继续上涨的机率不会很大。

现今现金买出租房，租金回报率已经不比短期国债高，麻烦也多。60岁以上人群，是不是应该将短期国债慢慢转成长期的？

如果转，是不是不应该在Treasury Direct 上买？在Broker 处买是不是卖起来方便些？
