换insulation是大件，没有必要做，其他工作也不过一千吧

inspection 说补holes under sinks, builders gap in garage, 墙上weep hole，attic 换insulation,

holes under sinks, $50

builders gap in garage,  "gap under garage door?"  $100

墙上weep hole，Weeping hole is needed for water to drain out.  Cannot be filled.
