21. Pest Control.
Landlord is not responsible for the presence of pests or insects, which is to include but not limited to mice/rats, roaches, spiders and/or flying insects after the initial 30 days of lease. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to keep the Dwelling clean; if Tenant consistently lives in an unsanitary environment, Tenant acknowledges and accepts that Landlord is limited in its ability of address the pest situations, and Tenant waives the right to hold Landlord responsible for continual issues.

 

去年花钱除过一次，今年又来了，上面是租约条款

现在要不要再花钱除一次？可不可以不管
