收到下面的信息在Zillow:

Hi, my client is very much interested in renting your property but we'd like to confirm if you'd allow 9 months coperate lease . We are an emergency housing company that works with relocation and insurance companies to place a displaced Family while their house are being renovated and we are looking to rent property for that purpose. Property will be professionally cleaned and maintained ,no noise or smoking. Let me know if you will allow this. So we can call to book a tour and lease signing.
