说是back porch and garage的所有outlets都不工作了，除了检查breaker box, 还查什么

之前是工作的，说这两天下了大雨后，就不工作了。房子离我自己住的地方五分钟，除了下雨，我自己没感觉有什么

她说检查了breaker box, do the best to troubleshoot to the best of their ability

然后又说下雨把她铺的mulch都冲跑了，造成了major damage, 让我装gutter
