那些人每每保证的年回报7%

我怎么从来没看到过？

经常听人说，基金要定投，投了就别动了，也别经常看，保证年平均回报至少7%，是懒人的游戏，什么什么的。我定投的403B有专人管理，设了portfolio，可涨的不怎么样啊。目前还是亏的。当然因为延税，我还会继续放。

谁定投时间长的可不可以给我们说说自己的经验？而不是重复别人的话？
