但是，有标准表格不等于不理解。有标准表格是指你签了以后，有什么问题，基本上都会在标准表格里面查到答案。比如房客死了怎么办，去查一下 “heir" ，就会看到”The Lease shall be binding upon and for the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns of Landlord and Tenant, subject to the requirements specifically mentioned in the Lease. “ 

但是还是要会读英文的。
