These people (the crimials) who created the financial crisis became wealthier after the bailout. 政府应该接管这些金融公司（Citi Bank, Bear Stearns, AIG, etc.) , wiped out the bondholders and shareholders but continue the business, just like they took over the auto company GM and Chrysler--these companies survived and US taxpayers do not suffer losses. But US government bailed them out using taxpayer money because the Wall street has too much influence over the Congress. (Banks "Frankly Own The Place" --Ill Senator Dick Durbin)
