看看这个出租房的前世今生。。

蓝领区一个出租房的交易变化：

1. 2003 年7月， 12.5万成交

2. 2005年8月，25.9万成交

3. 2008年7月，11.8万成交

4. 2022年1月，34万成交

现在市场估价约42万，看看当年市场真疯狂，两年就翻了一倍，难怪房市会崩溃。现在房屋买卖市场依然火热，市场待售的房子太少了，因为利率大涨，普通中产阶级的可负担性大大降低了。
