去年房价下跌只是微调，暴风雨还没有到来

去年加州房价下跌，幅度因地而已，5-15%之间。这个幅度对加州房地产而言，是小菜一碟。过去两个周期，分别下跌30%和50% 左右。没有这个跌幅，根本算不上周期。美国房地产没有软着陆这一说。
