请问如何处理冰箱的损坏，和扣押金的问题

租客搬走后，发现冰箱的drawer被砸坏了。这个可以买到whirlpool配件么？冰箱的freezer 门把手也给搞断了，不知怎么修。新的租客发现的；当时finalwalk没有发现， 所以前租客否认这是她们搞坏的。还可以在退前租客押金时扣押金么，扣多少？（感觉可能要买个冰箱了？）
