如何拒绝租客申请

有的申请人在简短的application form看上去还可以，见面感觉也还可以，但是credit score只有619，属于C+等级，唯一一张新开的信用卡max limit居然只有$1000, 再看 rent to income ratio也不够。我说拒绝申请，他问为何，可以坦白说因为信用分数不达标吗？多谢大家。

 

我们期望八百以上的分数，这个标准也查不到合法与否。。。
